In addition to managing and providing a variety of services for tenants in Hubbell Realty Company owned properties, the management services staff also provides the same attention, expertise and professionalism for tenants in properties not owned by Hubbell Realty Company.

Tenant Relations

Negotiate lease renewals prior to expiration
Visit on a regular basis to anticipate tenant needs & requests
Reduce tenant turnover
Function as a buffer between the owner and the tenant for an arms length relationship

Property Inspections

Inspect/maintain heating, ventilation/AC
Inspect appearance of landscaping and grounds for curb appeal & maximum value

Contractual Services

As needed, contract for janitorial services, security, window washing, elevator maintenance, trash removal/recycling, snow removal, etc.
Maintain communication with contract service providers

Insurance

Review current policy, make recommendations
Process claims
Solicit quotations and award contracts
Monitor tenant insurance as required by the lease
